Rooted in Presence, Guided by Curiosity

I'm Dr. Latrina Nash, a licensed clinical psychologist. I work with LGBTQ+ adults on anxiety, grief, relationships, and the quiet questions that don't always have a name, including who you are and how you want to live.

My approach is integrative. I draw on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, psychodynamic therapy and body-based awareness, and I explain each before I use it. You can say no to any of it. I don't treat your identity as something to fix, and I don't ask you to explain or defend it.

Before opening my private practice I completed doctoral training in clinical psychology and worked at a community mental health center serving people with little insurance.

My philosophy is that you already know a good deal about your own life. I don't see myself as the expert on it. I see myself as a skilled companion who can sit with what is complicated, stay steady when it is hard, and notice the small shifts as they happen.

What to expect from Grace

  • Warmth

Every session starts from respect. You set the pace, and we can stop or change course at any point.

We pay attention to thoughts, feelings and what the body is telling you, and how they fit together.

  • Community

Where it helps, we talk about the people, family and friends around you, and the people you can lean on.
